How can we help?

Guidance for account setup, payment processing, fees, and integration support. Need help with a specific invoice? Contact us.

Getting started

How do I create a BluPay account?

Sign up with your email on the merchant dashboard, verify the code we send, and enable two-factor authentication. Create a shop and issue an API key with the permissions your integration needs.

Do I need to manage wallets or private keys?

No. BluPay is custodial — we allocate deposit addresses, watch the chain, and credit your balance. You only act when withdrawing funds to your own wallet.

Is there a sandbox to test with?

Each shop can issue sandbox API keys. Test the endpoints and payment modes supported by your environment before using a live key; never send real funds to a sandbox payment address.

Payments & settlement

Which networks and assets are supported?

Available currency-network pairs depend on platform and shop configuration. Check Supported assets and the options on the current invoice; the same token on a different network is not interchangeable.

How is the exchange rate handled?

An invoice records your requested amount and currency. Checkout quotes the payment amount for the selected asset and network. Review the current quote and expiry; do not infer a future withdrawal rate from an invoice quote.

What happens if a customer underpays?

Partial payments are tracked, and the shop’s underpayment tolerance affects whether an invoice qualifies as paid. Review the recorded amount and status before delivery or any further payment or refund instructions.

How fast do webhooks fire?

BluPay sends signed invoice-status notifications to the shop’s configured webhook endpoint. Deliveries can be delayed, retried, or repeated. Verify the signature, process each event idempotently, and use the API to reconcile an uncertain status.

Fees & withdrawals

What does BluPay cost?

Review the Pricing page, your account’s gateway fee, and the shop’s fee-payer settings. Checkout displays the applicable service and transfer fees for the chosen payment method.

Who pays the network fee?

Service and transfer fees have separate payer settings for the shop. Review those settings and the actual checkout breakdown before collecting payment.

How do withdrawals work?

Request a withdrawal from your available balance, confirm the required email and two-factor authentication checks, and track its review, broadcast, and confirmation status. Check the displayed destination, network, and fee before confirming.

Security & support

How are my funds and account secured?

Account controls include two-factor authentication, scoped API keys, and signed webhooks. Custodial processing means you rely on BluPay for access to the platform balance. Read the Security page and protect your own credentials and integration endpoints.

How do I contact support?

Email support@blupay.me for account, payment, integration, or security questions. Include the relevant reference and a description of the issue, without passwords or secrets.
